This programme offers 12 nutrition topics to enhance nutrition knowledge and improve health outcomes. Clients and patients can take one step, two steps or all twelve.
Our goal is to help you to achieve any of the following: weight loss, lower blood pressure, reduction of cardiovascular risk, ad better blood glucose patterns.
